Inspection and reporting on Daily Claims is done with best practices and adherence to individual client guidelines. Our entire management system is built around a 7 day or under cycle time target. Quick, efficient claims handling is a hallmark of our daily program.

CAT services are tailored to the needs of the client and can include an on-site claims manager, team leads, review staff, dedicated support phone lines and detailed performance reporting as directed by the client. Once the storm response is winding down, Associated Adjusting will still have a Daily presence to assist with late reported claims, reinspections or re-opens for agreed repairs.

The loss will be thoroughly documented via photos, scope notes and measured dimensions to ensure accurate reporting. The claim report and estimate will be written in the platform requested or required by the client; these include both Xactimate and Symbility.
